**Job Description**

- Review and sign all types of UK individual income tax returns.

- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge.

- Manage the engagement team by setting performance measurements and ensuring that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time, and quality targets, are met.

- Identify and lead new services that the service line can perform at the VVN.

- Develop, mentor, and supervise Associates & Senior Associates.

- Demonstrate leadership and executive presence.

- Communicate progress and project status to all stakeholders.

- Knowledge of firm policies related to confidentiality and data privacy, client acceptance and engagement letters, tax return preparer guidelines, and knowledge-sharing.

- Adhere to practice protocols and other internal processes consistently.

**Qualifications and Experience**

- Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA.

- 3-5 years of experience in reviewing and signing UK Individual Tax returns.

- Excellent communication skills.
