As a Business Analyst for Robotic Process Automation & Intelligent Process automation , you will serve as a key member of the Information Technology team supporting a large business group. Reporting to the Company Automation Center of Excellence, you will support our Practical Process Improvement with automation technologies acting as an interface with business owners and technical team. You will assist program managers to qualify, discuss with business owners on the process to be automated, document the process design and report on automation opportunities that create business value. You will help creating test plan for the automation and facilitate the User acceptance testing by working closely with business users and technical team. You will maintain knowledge of the technical landscape and continuously communicate new ideas, concepts, and technology as it relates to opportunities in the business. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate, analyse, prioritize, and validate requirements for changes to business processes. Meet with subject matter experts to understand opportunity and gather additional information to assist in qualifying the opportunity. Review prioritized intake opportunities and design an automated solution. Understand business processes, problems, and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals. Perform walkthroughs with SMEs to design an automated solution and complete a PDD that reflects the design. Create documents applicable as per GxP requirements (if needed) Work with Developers, Architects, Program Managers, Business Stakeholders to plan timelines and ensure timely delivery of a high-quality solution that meets business requirements. Prepare test scenarios to validate solution & collaborate with business to gather test data Participate in Internal QA and User Acceptance Testing Support users on issues they may face with automations, helping take them to resolution How will you get here? Education Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field Experience 8+ years of professional experience in delivering large complex operations transformation initiatives 5+ years' experience as Business Analyst with direct interactions with business users 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Automation Technologies like RPA, Conversational AI, Process Mining and Smart OCR Must have good experience of process automation in major ERPs Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Ability to keep the big picture while focusing on incremental deliverables Ability to manage scope Ability to communicate complex ideas into simple terms Knowledge of GXP compliance would be an advantage Ability to prioritize and find a way forward when presented with constraints Ability to reason through complex situations with strength in identifying and mitigating risks Certifications Required Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Project Management Professional (PMP)The Cognizant community: We are a high caliber team who appreciate and support one another.
