Examining costs, expenses, and financial commitments to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve profitability, and optimize resource allocation. Conduct audits to assess internal controls, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations. Preparing and processing payroll while ensuring compliance with tax regulations, employee benefits, and deductions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed. Staying updated on accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific guidelines to ensure adherence and provide guidance to the organization. Key Skills Required A strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis that may include knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and taxation. Knowledge of GST, TDS and other tax compliances. Being meticulous helps in identifying errors, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining the integrity of financial data.
