Position: Senior

Responsibilities:

- Work as a senior on multiple clients as part of a regulatory reporting implementation team.

- Facilitate and encourage necessary conversations between stakeholders (client and/or onshore team) to determine requirements.

- Work independently with minimum supervision from the Onshore project team/client.

- Provide technical guidance to the team and the client as needed.

- Be involved in project management as needed.

- Mentor, train, and inspire staff to meet project objectives.

- Proactively develop and impart training on newly onboarded or upcoming initiatives for team members.

- Identify process improvement areas and instill a culture of automation.

- Actively participate in the selection of new regulatory tools/frameworks and methodologies, and assist in their implementation.

Requirements:

- 4 - 8 years of experience with at least 2 - 3 years of senior experience in BCM or WAM industry.

- Strong experience on finance or regulatory projects.

- Proven experience as a business analyst on regulatory and capital reporting.

- Experience in requirements documentation and in all stages of project life cycles including analysis, design, build, test support, and implementation.

- Conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design.

- Relational database expertise to construct and execute SQL queries for data analysis activities.

- Provide data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers.

- Translate business needs into design and develop tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization.

- Strong SQL, advanced Excel, and analytical skills.

- Good exposure to analytics and reporting tools like Axiom, Vermeg, OneSumX, different finance systems, and databases.

- Proactive approach to anticipating client needs, issues, and challenges, and initiating solutions that carry through to resolution.

- Strong communication skills.

- Experience in data analysis using SQL and other database management tools.

- Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience with ETL tools, BI tools, JIRA, Confluence is a plus.

- AxiomSL Controller View Certified is a plus.

- Experience in FRD/BRD is an added advantage.

- Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and effective interaction capabilities with various stakeholders.

- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Self-starter with the ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results in a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environment.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
