RPA BA Job Description:As a BA,Need to interact with business in requirement gathering Assessment and share the document for approval.Prepare Process Definition Document BRD and System Definition document Technical requirement document.Work with developer on clarification, access request and test data preparation.Perform testing and validation during system testing phase.Track UAT Go-Live.Get customer sign-off where ever required.Design, build, test, and implement robotics process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath Tool. Maintain thesolution documentation (SDD), operational runbook and contribute to the user guide for each automation. Consult with RPA BA to contribute and facilitate test procedures and scenarios. Perform peer review of solution designs. Manage development and designto meet the predicted ROI. Participate in key stroke analysis to re-imagine the process in automation for optimal performance, quality, and reliability. Analyze and estimate new processes and assess feasibility to maximize business value. (1.) To conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications. (2.) To analyze available options, considering feasibility, cost, and alignment with business requirements and suggest solutions. (3.) To participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements. (4.) To prepare and or or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements (5.) Tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
