Finance Analyst - Accounts Receivable

Job Summary:
The candidate will join the Accounting Team and play an integral role in performing transactional activities related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and lease administration activities. The candidate will report to the Supervisor (AR) and cooperate closely with the local accounting team as well as the US accounting team to deliver consistent and quality service to clients.
Key Duties:
- Manage and deliver on all incoming AR and Lease Administration requests as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Provide timely and accurate review of accounts receivable entries.
- Management of all lease and key property documentation.
- Complete the review of various accounts receivable transactions, cash receipts, tenant billing, tenant lease entries, and monthly rent billing.
- Complete the review of Accounts Receivable Aging and coordinate cash applications.
- Analyze and provide AR reports to accounting and management.
- Daily support in lease admin queries and responding to requestors via e-mail.
- Cooperate with team members and other departments, including Captive and US BSO teams.
- Adhere to internal and external audit and process control requirements.
Requirements:
- 4 years of relevant Accounts Receivable/OTC experience is a must.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Professional experience in Accounts Receivable/Lease Administration is preferred but not required.
- Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. Real Estate experience is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to complete analyses, reconciliations and communicate results.
- Ability to effectively present information to internal departments as well as other departments.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, TEAMS).
- Capability to adapt to a quickly changing and demanding environment.
- Interested in Commercial Real Estate.
