As part of our EY Technology Risk team, you'll contribute technically to IT Risk and Assurance client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships. You'll also identify potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you'll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.

The candidate will join the leadership group of our EY Technology Risk Team at the Manager level. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm while being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.

Your key responsibilities:

- Develop strong relationships with onshore stakeholders and manage their expectations on service delivery.

- Prepare and share proposals and pursuits for SAP engagements.

- Perform budget vs actual analysis and ensure complete utilization of the team members throughout the engagement.

- Participate in designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions to meet business requirements effectively.

- Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members while focusing on complex, judgmental, and/or specialized issues.

- Work with the onshore stakeholders and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards and addresses the risks inherent in the engagement.

- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.

- Manage and lead a team of SAP Managers, Seniors, and staff on SAP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

- Counsel team members with SAP-related queries and updates on relevant standards.

- Conduct regular connections with onshore counterparts to ensure deliverables meet expectations and standards, creating opportunities based on skill sets.

- Manage the schedules of team members based on project requirements, skills, and scope of work.

- Contribute to the SAP CoE team as a key member and assist with facilitating practice-wide training (SAP ITGC/SAP ITAC/SAP Pre & Post Implementation) curriculum.

- Work closely with onshore, cross-functional teams and develop strong relationships as a project manager across the organization.

- Stay updated and promote awareness of updated ERP versions and functionalities, and industry best practices.

- Act as an active team member executing project management and stakeholder management (Client, Assurance, onshore).

- Provide quality deliverables with value addition on the engagements and be known as a Subject Matter Resource (SMR) across the organization.

Skills and attributes for success:

- Excellent project management, time management, managerial, and leadership skills.

- Experience in reviewing and testing SAP S4 Hana/SAP ECC IT general controls (ITGC) for key domains such as access management, change management, computer operations, SDLC.

- Experience in reviewing and testing SAP S4 Hana/SAP ECC security and configurations.

- Experience in performing pre and post-implementation reviews in SAP S4 Hana/SAP ECC environments and have been through S4 Hana/ECC lifecycle & migration testing.

- Knowledge of relevant TCcodes, tables used to extract data from SAP S4 Hana/SAP ECC for ITGC and ITAC testing.

- Experience in testing of firefighter controls in SAP S4 Hana/SAP ECC and GRC.

- Experience in reviewing and testing Operating System (OS) and Hana Database (DB) controls in SAP S4 Hana/SAP ECC environments.

- Experience with other SAP applications such as GRC, Fiori, BW, BI, Ariba, Concur, Success Factor, VIM, Vistex.

- Experience in evaluating and testing sensitive access and Segregation of Duties (SOD) across key business and IT processes in SAP S4 Hana/SAP ECC and GRC environments.

- Experience in SAP GRC access control (AC) and process control (PC), financial compliance management (FCM).

- Knowledge of auditing methodology and relevant financial statement assertions.

- Experience in reviewing and interpreting ABAP codes for ITGC and ITAC control testing in SAP S4 Hana/SAP ECC environments.

- Experience in reviewing and testing key reports ensuring risks (completeness & accuracy) related to Information Produced by Entity (IPE) are addressed.

- Knowledge of industry-specific SAP S4 Hana/SAP ECC modules.

- Experience in IT audit related to financial audit & regulations, auditing standards, and guidelines.

- Knowledge of control frameworks such as COSO, internal control principles, SOX, and J-SOX.

- Understanding of common IT governance, control, and assurance industry frameworks, including COBIT and ISACA best practices.

- Knowledge of third-party attestation standards (particularly SSAE16/18) and industry-specific standards.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT)/MBA, CA with at least 10 years of experience.

- SAP S4 Hana/SAP ECC functional modules/ABAP/Security Certification (Preferred).

- CISA certified (Preferred).

- ISO 27001:2013 certified (Preferred).

- Any other relevant certification (Preferred).
