Key Responsibilities:

- Client Management: Lead client service execution and serve as a Trusted Business Advisor, using in-depth client knowledge to anticipate and address complex issues.

- Project and Process Management: Balance multiple priorities by considering risk, urgency, political impacts, and other linkages.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

- Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.

- Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity.

- Team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant

Experience:

- 5-8 years of post-qualification experience with a mid or top-tier accounting firm focused on external or statutory audit-related matters, or experience with an MNC or a large domestic Indian company, preferably within a shared services environment.
