Job Title: Financial Analyst - Procurement to Pay

Service Line: Corporate Segment

Role Type: Full-time

Areas of Interest: Accounting/Finance

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

About the Role:

Working as part of the accounting team, you will be responsible for invoice processing for clients.

What You'll Do:

- Ensuring smooth cooperation in terms of accounts payable duties.

- Monitoring the accuracy of own work.

- Ensuring operations are in line with the department's service level agreement.

- Following existing procedures and guidelines.

- Building relationships with stakeholders.

- Updating process documentation, including manuals and playbooks.

- Actively cooperating with other teams within the same department.

- Supporting other team members in case of absences and/or increased workload.

- Maintaining ad hoc tasks, given by superiors.

What You'll Need:

- Property Management background would be advantageous with a focus on strong mathematical skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication at all levels, including with peers, managers and internal/external customers.

- Ability to work under own initiative in a busy environment.

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook). Experience in Tramps, Horizon, Yardi or similar property management systems is an advantage.
