Position: PAS Business Analyst - Client Onboarding

Education: Any Bachelor's Degree. MBA and agile/scrum exposure desirable.

Experience: Minimum 1-3+ years of work experience in a functional/techno-functional role supporting product development and/or client implementation. Preferred mobility Managed Services, Integrated mobility technology, mobility service provider, or vendors.

We are looking for a Staff with expertise in client configuration and onboarding who is keen to work in a fast-paced business, adding value by pragmatically applying their unique skills to help us deliver our strategy in an ever-changing environment.

Job description:

As a Business Analyst (client configuration & engagement onboarding), you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end onboarding process/implementation activities for new clients, managing, and overseeing the configurations to meet client specifications.

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business SMEs and product managers to determine operational objectives and gather functional requirements including information/data sources, evaluating output requirements, and formats.

- Analyze and evaluate existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and write specifications and work with SMRs in translating business needs as Business Requirement Documents (BRD, FRDs, etc), construct workflow charts, wireframes, and diagrams to be consumed by the Technology team for solution realization.

- Develop business cases and client specification documents (CSD) for proposed solutions.

- Work with the development team to design and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.

- Review user stories to ensure the proposed design/solution meets the business requirements.

- Review the QA test cases and perform Functional and UAT testing.

- Create end-to-end test scripts, test cases, test plans, training materials, support product testing, bug identification, and documentation, and conduct UAT training for internal and client teams.

- Acknowledge and analyze feedback received during UAT. Fix data/configuration issues. Triaging of feedback with the development team and work with them for implementation/fixing bugs.

- Review change requests/new requirements and conduct GAP and impact analysis.

- Conduct/participate in briefing sessions with engagement teams on the onboarding process.

- Collaborate with client contacts to gather client onboarding data and understand their specific requirements for configurations.

- Collaborate with the technical team for tenant creation and tech configurations.

- Perform functional configurations in the system in collaboration with engagement teams and manage various implementation activities like user onboarding, data mapping, and data migration.

- Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are free from defects.

- Assist clients with troubleshooting issues related to product configuration, provide timely resolutions and support.

- Handle risks and delays during the onboarding process.

Skills requirement:

- Proven experience as a business analyst or onboarding/configuration POC or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment or consulting firm. Migration/transition experience will be an added advantage.

- Ability to quickly learn and understand new technology.

- Strong working knowledge and understanding of technology tools such as ServiceNow, ADO, Excel (Advanced), Word, Visio.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, manage ambiguity and rapid change.

- Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity with the ability to adapt work styles to interact with both internal and client team members.

- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships across many different functions and organization levels.

- Demonstrated experience in documenting technology/transition steps.
