Job Summary Ensure all processes are completed within the SLA TAT [PO / Invoice / S2B / Accounting entries] and improve the Cycle time on payment to vendors / employees are within the credit terms; On time accounting entry; Accurate and real time update of the TrackerManage all escalations with business functions within TATPrepares monthly/weekly reports within the target timelineEnsure timely payments / recharges/ accrualsProcess steps / validation / service confirmation to be followed as per DOIEnsure Journal / CBR inputs sent to R2C Teams (Book management / CBR) before agreed timeline and monitor the status in tracker frequentlyEnsure representation of the team in all clients calls wherever necessary.Collaboration with stakeholdersGovernance on pending payments and entriesCompleteness of tracker updateSupport business to manage vendor queries on timeLeading the migrations from countries in line with Migration PlanParticipate Monthly review Meetings and discuss highlights and challenges with LM.
