Executive-CHS-Assurance - Pune

CHS:

CHS consists of Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors. Consumer products largely entail retail and agricultural business. Companies in this sector meet the demands of consumers all around the world, providing everything from agricultural crops to food, clothes, durables, and retail experiences. We help clients capture new sources of profitable growth, rethinking how and where they bring value to consumers.

The Health Sciences & Wellness architecture brings together a global network of professionals to build data-centric approaches to customer engagement and improved outcomes. Participants in the sector must rethink their business practices, including capital strategy, partnering, and the creation of patient-centric operating models.

ASU - Assurance Services:

Assurance's purpose is to inspire confidence and trust to enable a complex world to work. We protect and serve the public interest, promote transparency, support investor confidence and economic growth, and foster talent to create future business leaders. Our service offerings include Assurance, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offerings, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting, and implementation support.

Your key responsibilities:

- Identifying accounting and assurance issues; discuss with in-charge to solve issues that arise

- Substantive testing of appliances in accordance with the plan formulated and appropriately document all work performed

- Identifying improvements to control systems and procedures

- Presenting reports clearly highlighting key recommendations to management

- Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts, reconciliation of account receivable and payable, finalization of accounts

- Assisting seniors in reviewing and checking the financial statements and preparation of the report, management comment letter, and management representation letter

Skills and attributes for success:

- Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards

- Experience handling statutory assignments

- Ability to prioritize work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity

- Strong verbal and communication skills

- Clarity of thought and assertiveness

- Effectiveness and creativity of written expression - logical, readability, and conciseness

- Ability to meet deadlines

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- C.A qualification

- 1-3 years of relevant experience
