Job Title: P2P Resolution Accountant
Service Line: Corporate Segment

As a P2P Resolution Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving AP-related issues. The main goal of this position is to address Accounts Payables matters and independently lead communication with businesses and suppliers to resolve them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate Accounts Payables-related inquiries using different ERP tools.
- Perform analysis and investigation on captured and/or raised issues (invoice/status payment, remittance advices, duplicate payments, incorrect payments, etc.).
- Ensure that issues raised by suppliers and the business team are thoroughly and timely resolved.
- Establish good long-term relationships with businesses and suppliers.
- Ensure that cases are escalated timely and according to the established escalation path based on the contact matrix in place.
- Educate businesses in areas where additional support is needed (preparing one-pagers, work instructions, providing clear guidelines on P2P procedures and P2P tools, and explaining processes in an understandable way).
- Implement improvement ideas and projects.
- Continuously cooperate with other P2P teams (Invoice Processing, Payments, Banking, Reporting) as well as OTC and R2R teams.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in AP or P2P Departments.
- Good understanding of Accounts Payables processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service will be an asset; a good understanding of customer service principles and practices; ability to handle difficult situations.
- Ability to drive, analyze and implement process improvements.
- Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and share knowledge with others.
