Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8 - 12 years of experience in the Telecom industry, specifically within the B2C and B2B domains. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills to elicit, capture, analyze, and document business requirements, drive workshops, and understand as-is processes. The candidate should be capable of identifying process issues that can be resolved through technological or process-based solutions and designing detailed to-be processes such as order to activate, service fulfillment & assurance, and trouble-to-resolve processes.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with the business, manage stakeholders and supplier partners.

- Implement recommendations/solutions and ensure clients receive the necessary assistance to carry them out.

- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements.

- Analyze functional requirements and constraints to develop optimal telecommunications solutions.

- Manage and lead telecommunications projects from initiation to completion.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- Willing to relocate to any Capgemini office location as per business demand.

Primary Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of OSS/BSS, and functional areas such as service fulfillment, billing, and customer care.

- Good understanding of the telecom value chain, markets, and key technological and business trends.

- Familiarity with challenges in emerging versus mature markets.

- Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks (eTOM, SID, TM Forum).

- Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and DevOps practices.

Secondary Skills:

- Certification in OSS/BSS technologies, TM Forum, TOGAF is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Direct client-facing experience is mandatory; international onsite experience is an advantage.
