Job Title -Finance Analyst / Finance SpecialistAbout the RoleThe candidate will join the Portfolio Services Team and play integral role as a Client Accounting Team member and will be responsible for Accounts Payable activities. The candidate will report to Portfolio Services Operations Manager and cooperate closely with global teams delivering service to the Client from other corners of the world.What You'll DoCollection, verification, and processing of regular / ad-hoc invoices from suppliers.Preparation of Change Request Forms to perform financial changes in the database. Preparation of financial reports to agreed timescales. Maintaining contact and proper communication with Client Teams and various vendors/suppliersDaily support in financial queries and responding to Landlords via e-mail. Cooperation with team members and other departments based in EMEA, APAC and US.Adherence to internal and external audit requirements Preparation and validation of regular and ad-hoc financial reportsReconciliation of service charge budgets and suppliers' accounts.Analysis and processing of the financial documentation associated with properties (e.g., credit notes, statements, reconciliations.What You'll NeedYou must be Fluent in spoken and written English. Professional experience in Lease Administration / Lease Accounting / Accounts Payable / Rent Management Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM would be an advantage. University degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance You have to put strong attention to details and have very good organisational skills. You have to be reliable and committed. You should have good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word) You should have capability to adapt to quickly changing and demanding environment.
