**Job Title: QA Intern**

**Position Summary:**

The QA Intern will work closely with our Product and Engineering team to bring in efficiencies and contribute to meeting exceptional product quality metrics. This is a paid internship with the expectation that the candidate will work from our office in Bangalore (HSR).

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborating with the Product and Engineering team to understand project requirements and objectives

- Learning and applying manual testing techniques to identify software defects and ensure product quality

- Executing test cases meticulously and accurately document test results

- Participating in test planning and strategy discussions under the guidance of experienced engineering professionals

- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test matrices

- Working closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing

- Reporting bugs effectively using designated bug-tracking tools and following up on their resolution

**Qualifications:**

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering or a related field

- Basic understanding of software testing principles, including test planning, test case development, and test execution

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects and inconsistencies

- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment

- Knowledge of any programming languages and experience or coursework involving software development tools will be an added advantage
