Responsibilities 职责:Execute all phases of process validation including, but not limited to, analytical procedures, detailed testing of finance controls, identification and data analysisAssist with the facilitation of internal control walkthroughs with key stakeholders Conduct periodic internal controls testing Drive accurate and timely completion of process / control documentation Identify improper accounting or documentation and research issues (or recommendations to improve policies or procedures accordingly)Assist the Company's internal auditor and/or external auditor, when neededEvaluate opportunities for business process reengineering, including simplification and automation of controls for assigned process areasSupport accounting and finance special projects as assigned by managementQualifications 要求:Minimum of 4 years professional experience in accounting, financial compliance or Internal Audit Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as a finance, accounting and/or accounting information systemsChartered Accountant (CA) [or equivalent], Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) [or equivalent] or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) [or equivalent] is a plusDemonstrated collaborative and business partnership approachStrong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to use influence to achieve results Strong written and oral communication skillsHighly motivated and dependableInnovative and solutions oriented; possess a natural curiosity Experience with SAP required Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
