This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Internal Audit function. The position will report to the Senior Manager of Internal Audit.This is a hybrid position. Employees are expected to work out of the Hyderabad office once per month.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:Performing project-based risk assessment and scopingConducting interviews with audit stakeholdersDeveloping audit procedures and programsPerforming audit fieldworkPerforming Sarbanes-Oxley Act controls evaluation and testingConducting fraud investigationsManaging the relationships with auditees for the assigned auditsIn order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:3+ years of experience in internal/external auditingBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a comparable majorExperience in completing internal audits involving risk assessment, process evaluations, and improvement recommendationsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to communicate effectively and have excellent presentation skills, including clear and concise writing skills.In possession of relevant certification or committed to obtaining such certification (CIA, CPA, CFE, etc.)Ability to travel approximately 20%, domestically and internationallySarbanes-Oxley Act controls evaluation and testing experienceExperience with SAP or comparable Enterprise Reporting Resource planning systemThe following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:MBA a plusAdditional language skills.Strong Excel and data analysis skillsExperience in audit report writing and presentation to managementIn more than 100 countries, the people of Ashland LLC.
