Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Join the PaPM COE team to ensure smooth functioning of PaPM Calculations in BAU mode. Drive new development, enhancements, and improvements of existing calculations by providing top-tier solutions.
Business
Transform business requirements to PaPM and optimize to meet those needs.
Processes
Handle initiation, design discussions, development, and deployment.
Risk Management
Apply risk management best practices related to data maintenance during development processes.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct. Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters. Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
Other Responsibilities
Embed the Group’s brand and values and perform responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business, or Functional policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Expertise in PaPM Architect, Design, and Build
- Requirement Analysis and Solution Design
- Knowledge in SAP FiCo / BW / ABAP
Qualifications
- Education: Preferably a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or MBA
- Training: PaPM
- Languages: English
