Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- The candidate shall be a member of the PaPM COE, working as a team member for the smooth functioning of PaPM Calculations already deployed and in BAU mode.
- The candidate will work towards new development, enhancement, and improvements of existing calculations by providing best-in-class solutions.
Business
- The candidate will be required to understand the business requirements and transform them into PaPM/improve to meet the business requirements.
Processes
- The candidate shall be responsible for the initiation, design discussion, development, and deployment of the built.
Risk Management
- The candidate should be aware of risk management related to data maintenance and use the knowledge in development practices.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.

- Embed the Group’s brand and values.

Qualifications
- Education: Preferably a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA
- Training: PaPM
- Languages: English
