About The Job:

Location: Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate software projects and take handover of existing applications from the Core Sun IT team in collaboration with other stakeholders.

- Gather user requirements and write URS with UML use cases, functional and non-functional requirements.

- Draft wireframes, detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)/Product Backlogs/Sprint Logs.

- Analyze and break down technical and architectural complexities for stakeholders.

- Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help in implementation with self-verification of URS/SRS with the code being delivered.

- Write test plans, test reports, UAT functional test scenarios, Operational Qualification/Performance Qualification (OQ/PQ) functional scripts, and test cases.

- Draft change requests, planned/unplanned deviation documents, investigation and root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions regarding any application functional/technical issues arising in the production environment.

- Experience in using Trackwise QMS in a pharma company is desirable.

Skills & Experience:

- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

- Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.

- Proven ability to deliver applications in both Waterfall and Agile delivery modes.
