About The Job:

This role is part of the Partner Transaction Center (PTC) function and will be responsible for interfacing across the Partner ecosystem, other internal teams, and stakeholders in sales to support indirect non-standard transactions. The role reports to the Global Partner Sales Operations Manager. The Partner Transaction Center (PTC) team works directly with our partners to assist in standard and non-standard channel deals. They ensure a clear and concise linkage for pricing, contracts, and bookings between VADs, partners, and the channel sales team.

Essential Job Functions:

- Support indirect non-standard requests/requests that cannot be transacted on *** Partner Store through the quote to order process.

- Manage transactions with a key focus on Partner/Customer experience while maintaining KPI/SLAs.

- Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Deal Management, Migration, Global approvals, and Order management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.

- Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals.

- Communicate *** Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance.

- Support implementation of new processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Shift timings: 3pm to 12am

- 2+ years of total experience, preferred in a support organization - ideally supporting APAC stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to execute operational processes with rigor.

- Accurately documents various steps of the process cycle.

- Effective arbitration skills to mediate between Channel rep and Partner.

- Customer-focused approach to consistently execute daily tasks within SLA.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Proficient in networking and interpersonal skills.

- Quick learner with the ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment.

- Flexibility to work in shifts.

- Proactive, team player with a positive and "Can Do" attitude.

- Results-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service.
