The Technical Resource will support Distribution Application and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the distribution application. This will include gathering new requirements, delivery, testing, troubleshooting and technical support to ensure that it meets the requirements of the business. The role will require strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Essential Job Functions: Interacting and coordinating with multiple business stakeholders Writing user stories, use cases as required. Preparing requirements and functional documentation (BRD, FRD, SRD, etc.). Participate in the SDLC of the project to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Perform testing / QA activities for the developed product. Work with the development team to resolve issues related to the application. Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to the application, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions. Work closely with the business stakeholders to ensure the application meets their requirements. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies related to the distribution application. Participate in testing and validation of new features and functionality. Collaborate with other technical resources and teams to ensure seamless integration of the application with other systems. Provide training and support to end-users of the application.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 1 year experience as BA/ project management on IT applications Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders like IT, Business and Vendors. Strong technical skills, with experience in supporting and maintaining enterprise-level applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint Knowledge of databases, MySQL, Mongo DB, .Net, SAS, Hybrid Language, HTML CSS, Web applications highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus. Knowledge /Experience with an Insurance applications is highly desirable.
