With a global presence, it has emerged as a key player in the IT services and consulting space, contributing to the digital transformation of businesses worldwide.About The Job:As a member of a regional support team, as a Business Analyst based in Bangalore, and supporting the entire APAC region, your duties are to: Handle the Change activity (enhancements and projects) on the IT systems supporting the Cash business lines mainly FLEXCUBE v14, but also SWIFT and other peripheral systems Provide level 1 & 2 support on the above applications to the business users Participate in handling the Run (functional support and maintenance) on the IT systems supporting the transversal functions (Finance, Regulatory Reporting.)Essential Job Functions: Deliver and report the progress on the bank's projects, including but not limited to: Branches/Subsidiaries opening Upgrades of existing solutions Head-Office systems/processes roll out in Asia New product deployments Systems enhancements & efficiencies Handles the maintenance & functional support primarily on the Banking line of business applications: Client Account Management System & Internet Banking (FLEXCUBE - FCUBS, OBDX) Payment systems (FLEXCUBE - OBPM, SWIFT ALLIANCE) Reporting - OAS Cooperates with all stakeholders: Operations, Finance Organization, Head-Office teams, Application Support engineers, and external vendors Supports business lines & support functions by providing information and expertise Ensures the high quality of all deliverables (documentation, procedures, reporting, KPI etc.) Update and maintains records of IT incidents, defects, support questions and change requests with a sufficient level of details in the team's tools and report on this activityQualifications: Bachelor/Master IT-related degree Min. 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting middle and back-office operations in a reputable Financial Institution Advanced knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE (CASA, Payment) Good business understanding of remittances banking operations & downstream processes (finance, risk) Hands-on in SQL including queries, procedures, functions etc Hands-on in SWIFT payments and account statement message formats such as MT, MX, PACS, CAMT PAIN etcHow to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to respond/submit their updated resumes, and for additional job opportunities, please visit Jobs In India - VARITE.Unlock Rewards: Refer Candidates and Earn.If you're not available or interested in this opportunity, please pass this along to anyone in your network who might be a good fit and interested in our open positions.
