Tax Senior - As a Tax Senior, you are expected to assist in sub-service line and engagement management under the guidance and supervision of team managers. You will also manage teams comprising Tax Analysts and Advanced Analysts. The exact team structure depends on the size and complexity of the engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Delivering projects consistently by applying designated methodology, processes, standards, and technology tools while ensuring quality, handling workflow distribution, and meeting volume.
- Serving as the single point of contact on engagements for users regarding service delivery and day-to-day operations.
- Conducting, performing, and managing end-to-end financial transactions benchmarking studies using Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon, Loan Connector databases.
- Monitoring metrics for service delivery, seeking opportunities for improving customer satisfaction, and implementing appropriate modifications to processes.
- Instilling the EY/GDS culture at the individual level.
- Implementing strategic initiatives as defined by Service Line Leaders.
- Proactively identifying operational problems and proposing solutions, escalating issues to the reporting Managers when required.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- 3-7 Years of Financial Transactions Transfer Pricing experience.
- Preferred exposure to complete or partial Transfer Pricing Global documentation projects.
- Master's degree in any stream, or CA/ ICWA/CS Inter/ Final/CFA.
- Any additional degree/diploma/specialization in fields related to International Taxation, Financial Instruments Market, or Quantitative Finance specialization.
- Proficiency in handling a team.
- Proficiency with technology required (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- Awareness of other taxes in the US.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply tax legislation.
What We Look For
- Good tax knowledge with a genuine interest in providing outstanding services to influential clients.
- Experience in financial transactions/treasury studies and familiarity with pricing databases such as Bloomberg/Reuters Eikon/Loan Connector.
- Skills in project management, leadership, communication, relationship building, analytical thinking, multi-tasking, organization, and attention to detail.
- Advanced understanding of Transfer Pricing principles and ability to guide the team in applying these to client projects.
- Experience handling multiple engagements and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong proficiency in using and understanding EY applications and databases and various technology tools.
- Experience in handling a team of approximately 3-4 people.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present research findings.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools, specifically WORD, EXCEL, and Advanced Excel.
