Role:
Key tasks to be performed in accordance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) & Audits.
- Ensure understanding and evaluation of IMS documentation at various levels within the organization.
- Ensure and support region and site to achieve IMS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Help to plan and conduct internal and external audits required to maintain certifications at the site level.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the region.
- Assist in managing the regional Integrated Management System (IMS) and collaborate with the Global IMS team.
- Support the regional head for certification efforts for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards (e.g., IATF 16949; ISMS; SMITA; AS9100, ISO 14068; SA800 etc).
- Assist in coordinating with the 3rd party registrar and ensure audits are completed.
- Assist in implementing standards required within the region.
- Provide assistance in gathering input for the regional IMS strategy and supplier certification strategy.
- Support regional process owners in documenting and cascading their processes within the IMS.
- Help incorporate customer requirements into the IMS documentation and processes.
- Willing to travel for audits (25%).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Postgraduate in Chemistry or a similar stream; or an Engineering degree.
- Minimum 1 year of industrial experience.
- Internal Auditor in ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 45001; ISO 50001 etc.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 is desirable.
