Invoice to Cash Senior Team Lead
Kenvue is currently recruiting for an Invoice to Cash Senior Team Lead. This position reports into the Invoice to Cash Asia Pacific Senior Manager and is based in Greater Mumbai.

What You Will Do
The Invoice to Cash Senior Team Lead is responsible for leading the India market I2C team. This role is essential for both reporting and day-to-day operations of the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- AR Collection Management:
- Leading AR collection team including cash collection from customers.
- Sales order release - Consistently track customer payment behavior and collaborate with the credit management team for prompt credit assessments.
- Track and solve disputes in collection, streamline processes, and reduce overdue payments.
- Provide support to resolve complex or aged I2C issues.
- Seek opportunities to improve cash conversion rates and optimize payment terms.
- Drive continuous improvement of cash collection.
- Handle external and internal audit requests.
- Cashflow forecast - Monthly and yearly forecasts.
- Track budget vs. actual with analysis and coordination for commentary and approval.
- Monthly AR report review and SOX requirement sign-off.
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly AR reviews with stakeholders and regional leaders.
- Govern on SAP AR Clearing (Cash Application).
- Financial Reporting:
- Lead AR reporting, perform analysis reviews, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and key controls.
- Support compliance report preparation.
- Dashboard preparation and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with targets and KPIs.
- Build, develop and promote talent - coach and mentor the team.
- Participate in country/regional/global activities as assigned.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- MBA in business or finance.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in FP& A, AR, finance, collection, and credit management.
- People management experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and PPT, with experience in automation.
- Ability to work both individually and in a team-oriented environment.
- A can-do attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Professional designations such as CPA or CMA are an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems (Tableau, PowerBI, One S4, SAP, Concur, Workday, Blackline) for reporting, AR, and credit management.
- Automation tool experience.
- Prior experience in the consumer health-related industry is an advantage.
