What you will do

- Lead the monthly integrated business plan process for the markets by supporting valuation and driving insights to the market finance team to support gap closure ideas versus financial targets.

- Lead business planning and various financial updates for multiple markets. Responsible for accuracy and providing business insights in collaboration with the market finance Business Unit Finance (BUF) peers.

- Liaise closely with the local FP&A team in areas of financial planning, updates, process standardization, and implementation of guidelines.

- Provide Standard or Adhoc Reporting/Analytics with robust assumptions and rationale to support management decisions.

- Spearhead ownership for the FP&A system and drive initiatives to make the system more robust, efficient, and productive.

- Ensure all data submissions in the FP&A system are done timely and accurately.

- Build plans on balance sheets using driver-based factors, market-specific insights, and ensure the accuracy of forecasts.

- Lead a team of 3 people by coaching, mentoring, leading by example, and delivering results to drive a performance-based and empathetic culture.

- Innovate, resolve complex problems, and approach process and system automation.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

- Ability to work in a complex and matrix environment.

- Analytical and hardworking – ability to deep dive into numbers.

- High on teamwork and collaboration.

- 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis with a preference for matrix/complex environment work experience.

- Knowledge of SAP and One Stream is a plus.

- Fluent in English speaking and writing.

- Member of local CA/ ACCA or equivalent.
