What You Will Do The position is responsible for: Job Responsibilities: Provides insightful, value-added, and forward-looking financial analysis to BUF and Business Leadership Team in making faster and better decisions (seize opportunities/mitigate risks): Provide insights especially on balance to go risks & opportunities vs plans across financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Closely monitor SG&A and FCF actual vs. plan, including root cause analysis and perform resource allocation to cater optimum investments. Partner with country team to perform high level analysis on Kenvue vs. external data including offtake, prices, macroeconomics, etc. Understand assumptions done in country, assess impact of actions/decisions from countries and highlight area of concerns to Finance Manager based on country discussion. Deep dive analysis will be required depending on the result of preliminary analysis. Perform multiple analysis on country performance vs. plan and PY covering key P&L line items (across countries) Other essential / necessary analysis (such as Trade Inventory, Sell-in and Sell-out) required by markets Ensure compliance culture that fully meets both internal (WWP, ICH, RCM and SOP) and external requirements. Supporting Integrated Business Planning activities in gross profit calculations, R&Os and participation in DR, IR, and MBR Support the market BUF Team across all planning cycles including back-end support in facilitating analytics to enable effective monthly business review preparation for respective plans.
