Supply Chain Analytics Product and Research Analyst (SHARP)

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Product and Research Analyst to lead innovative projects across multiple countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Middle East, South Africa, Turkey, Japan, and India. The primary goal is to support end-to-end supply chain optimizations and enhance the world's most customer-centric experience.

Responsibilities:

- Lead projects aimed at placing inventory at the right place, in the right quantity, and at the right time.

- Develop and audit analytical products to improve systems responsible for inventory placement.

- Build statistical models for forecasting, classification, recommendation, and simulations frameworks to support A/B testing and drive supply chain improvements.

- Work with multiple business teams to develop and maintain ad hoc/regular business reports and provide relevant analytical support.

- Engage in customer interaction and feature mapping.

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to investigate system decisions and metric impacts.

Basic Qualifications:

- Excellent skills in SQL, Tableau, Excel, Quicksight, or other data visualization products.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good logical thinking.

- Basic understanding of at least one scripting language, such as Python.

- Excellent written English skills.

- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Engineering, Statistics).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Python, R, or Linux/Unix for large data set processing and statistics modeling/ML.

- Familiarity with AWS services, including S3, Redshift, and Apache Spark.

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
