Job Description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Collaborates with Regional and Global FP&A teams in monthly & quarterly reporting processes out of EPM and Tableau.

- Builds automation in Financial Analysis processes, including the ability to lead strategic projects independently.

- Knowledgeable on data-management concepts to ensure consistent and accurate financial analysis & reporting.

- Supports EPM data processes in Planning - forecast, AOP data management.

- Participates in EPM system improvement initiatives.

- Leads the team that supports finance and accounting activities for global entities.

- Prepares weekly and monthly reporting packs for local management teams on sales and supply chain performance.

- Provides month-end close support for AME and US-based teams, including JE's and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Executes Accounts Payable error corrections for Australia, Singapore, EDC, and Japan.

- Leads data reconciliation between systems to ensure connected reports & processes.

- Communicates effectively and trains global colleagues in various financial processes and finance system processes.

- Prepares complex financial analyses and reports for department management.

- Prepares analyses, reports, and special studies for management.

- Partners with organizational units to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing, forecasts, and statistical reporting.

- Prepares and consolidates financial data for statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.

- Coaches or leads less-experienced Financial Analysts.

- Financial Analysis: Interprets financial data by analyzing trends, variances, opportunities, and risks to provide insight to stakeholders regarding financial impact; evaluates financial results against targets and communicates conclusions; ensures the integrity of financial data by investigating variances and determining corrective actions.

- Action oriented: Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.

- Collaborates: Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

- MBA / Analytics / Consulting background strongly preferred; target 8 to 10+ years' experience in a multinational organization.

- Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
