Job Title: Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor - Accounting & Finance

Location: Navi Mumbai Campus

Job Description:

We are seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the positions of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor in Accounting & Finance at the Navi Mumbai Campus. The roles require individuals who are passionate about teaching, research, and contributing to the academic community.

Qualifying Criteria for Professor:

- A Ph.D. with First Class (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in a Master's Degree in Business Management/Administration/related discipline.

- Minimum of 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

- Minimum Research Score of 120.

- Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates.

- 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years equivalent to Associate Professor.

- Alternatively, candidates from industry with significant professional work experience recognized at the national/international level equivalent to Ph.D. and 10-15 years of managerial experience at a senior level in a large organization/MNC/Conglomerate.

- Published work of high quality including books, research periodicals, consultancy projects, and patents filed.

Qualifying Criteria for Associate Professor:

- A Ph.D. with First Class (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master's Degree in Business Management/Administration/related discipline.

- Minimum of 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

- Minimum Research Score of 75.

- Minimum of 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years post-Ph.D. experience.

- Alternatively, candidates from industry with significant professional work experience recognized at the national/international level equivalent to Ph.D. and 8 years of managerial experience at a senior level in a large organization/MNC/Conglomerate.

- Published work of high quality including books, research periodicals, consultancy projects, and patents filed.

Qualifying Criteria for Assistant Professor:

- Ph.D. with a minimum of 55% in Master’s Degree in Business Management/Administration/related discipline.

- Minimum of 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

- Alternatively, a First Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant/Cost and Works Accountant/Company Secretary.

- Desirable: Ph.D. preferred with 2 years of experience and at least two papers presented in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or similar agencies.

- Published work including books, research periodicals, consultancy projects, and patents filed.

Pay Scales:

As per UGC guidelines; however, compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
