Job DescriptionThe incumbent shall be responsible for Teaching at Graduate level in Commerce & Management along with Co-ordination, Development of respective Programme of the university.Qualifying Criteria - PROFESSOR: a. The candidate should be a Ph.D. with First Class (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in a Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline. AND Minimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals AND Minimum Research Score of 120 AND Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates.b. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, of which at least 3 years shall be equivalent to Associate Professor. ORIn the event, the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential: A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline OR A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in two years full-time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU / recognized by the AICTE / UGC. OR 3. First Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost and Works Accountant / Company Secretary of the concerned statutory body. ANDc. The candidate should have professional work experience which is significant and can be recognized at the national / International level as equivalent to Ph.D. and 10- 15 years' managerial experience in the industry should be at the Senior Managerial level in a large Organization/MNC/Conglomerate.d. Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals. Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and patent filed.Qualifying Criteria - ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR: a. The candidate should be a Ph.D. with First Class (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline.ANDMinimum 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journalsANDMinimum Research Score of 75b. Minimum of 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry* out of which at least 3 years shall be Post Ph.D. experience.ORIn the event, that the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential: A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline OR A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in two-year full-time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU / recognized by the AICTE / UGC. Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journalsORFirst Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost and Works Accountant / Company Secretary of the concerned bodies.c. It imparts undergraduate management education through its BBA, B.Com. (Hons.) and B. Sc. Finance programs.
