Responsibilities:

- Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for the site.

- Analyze variances and communicate explanations to management.

- Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows for the company.

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Inventory/Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.

- Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.

- Integrate and train new staff while leading the continued professional development of the existing team.

Profile/Competencies:

- Good understanding of Business P&L and drivers of cost and margin.

- Proactive approach with a drive for continuous improvement through numbers.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field. CA/ICWA will be preferred.

- 5 - 10 years of related experience in the Finance department, with a good understanding of Indian GAAP/IFRS, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing Industry.

- Good knowledge of financial processes.

- Demonstrate excellence in Excel and Google Suites.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and recommended actions to senior levels.

- Well-organized, able to prioritize workload, comfortable working independently, and capable of taking initiative and making decisions.

- Resilience: ability to perform multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

- Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity to adhere to regulations and compliance.

- Fluent in English.

- High reliability, quality, and timeliness of deliverables.

- Ability to manage projects involving cross-department and cross-countries teams.

- Ability to interact with senior management and multiple stakeholders.

- Interest in working within an international and intercultural environment.

- Proficiency in writing and delivering presentations and documentation.
