General Summary:
The Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team provides support to HQ and global regional teams on Finance & Business Operation activities. This role involves supporting and managing finance-related activities including reporting using SAP, FP&A, Opex and reporting, product costing, product pricing, system updates, and software billing.
Job Overview:
Responsibilities include ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of transactional and analytics tasks related to month-end, cost center, inventories risk preparation, and scrap reporting. The role involves working closely with RF360 teams in Singapore, Wuxi, and Munich, engaging in regular interactions for reviews, transition calls, and process documentation for all activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholders with multiple reporting requirements including cost center, material cost reports, and intercompany purchase reports.
- Timely and accurate updating of pricing data into the Price Management System and initiating and submitting software billings based on contract milestones.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Participate in morning and evening calls for reviews and transition of activities, especially during month-end periods.
- Perform additional ad-hoc finance activities as required.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience in finance FP&A activities.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP.
- Excellent advanced Excel skills, with VBA (Macro) being an added advantage.
- Ability to focus on details, multitask, and deliver quality outputs timely.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill with tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Flexibility for evening calls with HQ for reviews and transitions as required.
- Willingness to work office shifts during morning India time (6:30 AM) during month-ends to ensure timely report preparation, reviews, and transition calls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Commerce, and CA or Inter CA passed.
- Master's in Business Administration in Finance from a reputed B-school.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
