Job Title: Finance Analyst - Lease Enablement
Responsibilities:
- Participate in building the new Lease Enablement organization, centralizing all facets of Integrated Financing in the context of the expanding services business.
- Provide complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, using a deep understanding of the underlying processes to deliver business insights and impacts.
- Own financials at a specific account level, ensuring deal-level profitability by interacting closely with business and operational teams.
- Work with Customer Success Managers and the Contract Management operations organization to maintain positive Embedded Lease Values for most leases managed.
- Manage red accounts to drive positive margins through turnaround actions.
- Ensure timely customer billing in relation to lease initiation and asset installation under the account portfolio.
- Balance deal-level forecasting accuracy with inputs provided to the services business unit.
- Collaborate across Business Finance, Compliance, Analytics, and Operational rigour to achieve the best outcomes for the company.
- Deliver key insights and analysis to drive business outcomes, addressing controls and compliance elements.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives impacting the function globally.
- Represent the business unit in cross-regional or cross-functional discussions and alignments.
- Work with the Leasing Ecosystem to address process and systems improvement requirements.
Education and Experience Required:
- First-level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
- Typically 8+ years of experience as a financial analyst, with at least three years in an FP&A function or handling P&L in a large-scale organization.
- Experience in Commercial Financing, Business finance roles, and services-oriented revenue roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong passion for data analytics and a proven track record of handling pressure and a solid FP&A background preferred.
- Experience in a variety of finance functions.
