Job Title: Accountant

Company: NextRow Digital

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry a minimum experience of 4 years in the US Accounting field.

- Work on CST timings - 8am to 5pm CST.

- Have at least 3 years of experience in QuickBooks, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).

- Update and maintain records of expenditures and timesheets.

- Raise client invoices.

- Respond to vendor invoices and emails.

- Ensure that all payments are sent on time.

- Resolve payment discrepancies.

- Prepare and email invoices to customers.

- Post payments to customer accounts.

- Organize and file deposit receipts as invoices are paid.

- Extract timesheets from the client portal and update them in QuickBooks for reconciliation.

- Good communication skills.

Good to Have:

- CPA certification.
