Primary Responsibilities
The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the US Corporate Access Team. The team is involved in supporting the Corporate Access (CA) team in building stronger relations with corporate to provide better corporate access services to our clients. The Corporate Access team helps the firm to manage relations with the corporates.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Calendar: Managing the calendar of events organized by the team and marketing these to clients.
- Event Tracking: Maintaining a database and tracking the events organized by the team. Regularly presenting the data for easy interpretation across different parameters.
- Corporate Access Website Data Management: Ensuring that the team’s corporate access event details are accurately uploaded and maintained on the Firm website.
- Pitch Books: Preparing presentations/proposals for the corporate marketing clients, which includes ownership analysis of the company and its peers, and occasionally, a profile of the corporate.
- Quantitative Analysis: Maintaining and regularly providing quantitative analysis of the Corporate Access consumption by corporates and investors.
- Developing products for the CA team and providing support for the same.
- Assisting the CA desks in data gathering for corporate and investors on an ad hoc basis.
- Conference Registrations.
Qualifications
Skills required (essential)
- MBA with 2-3 years of experience/Graduates with equity market work experience 3-4 years.
- Knowledge of how the financial markets work and participants in the financial markets is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of VBA/Macro will be an advantage.
- Proactiveness towards learning and executing tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
