Department Profile The Fixed Income Division is comprised of a number of businesses, including: Interest Rate, Currency, Credit and Commodities Products. Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. The Commodities business is a market leader in energy, metals, and agricultural product trading worldwide in both physical and derivative commodity risk. Background on the Team The Interest Rate Derivatives business is looking for Senior Associate and Manager level candidates to join its Bank and Corporate Derivatives Strategy Team. The Team is focused on booking model optimization and building out the interest rate derivatives corporate business. Qualifications Primary Responsibilities Primary responsibilities will include assisting with financial analysis (e.g. pnl, capital, liquidity), tracking client migration progress and status, assisting with presentations to management and regulators, and working on new product approval requirements, among others. Responsibilities will also include developing, streamlining and automating processes, and providing updates to management on status. Additionally, the role will involve working with stakeholders across the Firm, including the first and second line of defense, and an understanding of/or ability to learn about the relevant products and systems involved.
