Job DescriptionJob Description: Finance Manager Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager who would head our finance division and responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and day-to-day Accounting operations. It involves working closely with the CEO, executive team, and stakeholders to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts and finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentLocation: Brookfield (ITPL road), BangaloreExperience: 12-20 years.• Proven track record to thrive in a multifaceted environment under short timelines and changing priorities• Implement Accounts Payable and GL best practices and policies including, invoice processing, purchase requisition, payment runs for suppliers and stakeholders, analytics and KPI reporting, period-end closing, and any general reporting.• You will have to work on managing the daily operational tasks like handling payments reconciliation, issues/queries raised by internal and external stake holders, Banks in relation to settlement, refunds, transactions, payments etc.• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional operational initiatives.• Monitor vendor performance as it relates to compliance, contractual agreements, and service quality.• Work closely with our technology teams to contribute feedback and perform testing on miscellaneous system-related projects and enhancement.• Track record of motivating and managing a global transactional team of members.• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, revenue recognition, Investments and data interpretation of results.• Subject matter expert with good exposure of General Ledger, Payroll accounting & AP/AR reporting. Managing quarterly group audit, year-end Stat audit, Tax audit etc.• Significant experience of tracking and reporting SLAs/ KPIs, able to plan, execute and monitor delivery.• Robust analytical skills with attention to detail, logical thinking, and a positive attitude to develop solutions quickly.• Excellent customer service, organizational skills and communication skills, both written and verbalMinimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience12+ years of relevant professional experience in Accounting and Finance domain.4+ years of experience team handling experience.RequirementsFinance Head, Should be able to manage the end-to-end operations, AP, AR, Payroll - India and USA and Invoicing.
