Job Description

Individual Contributor - 50 to 60% of time:

- Responsible for full set accounting, including bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, cash forecasting, month-end closing, and financial reporting.

- Manage audit activities for the Singapore entity (IFRS) and the Indian entity (IFRS and AS).

- Prepare GST returns, Employee Tax returns, and address all queries related to the Indian entity.

- Liaise with consultants and service providers on tax (Direct & Indirect) and statutory laws (including Company Law, PF, FEMA).

- Manage company secretary-related issues (filing of various returns).

Analysis - 40 to 50% of time:

- Management reporting on various aspects of financial performance.

- Perform ad-hoc duties to enrich and grow your experience beyond accounting activities.

Reporting Line:

You will be reporting to the Finance Director.

Note:

We have service providers who offer advice on several tax and other accounting-related activities. Your role will include working closely with them.

Requirements:

- Industrial Trainee/CA Finalist/Individual must have completed articleship.

- Good ability to interpret FRS, Ind-AS, and tax laws related to the business and set up and manage internal processes.

- Ability to handle audits.

- Excellent knowledge of Excel as it is used extensively.

- Must be meticulous with attention to detail.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
