Here's what you will get to explore: Seclore is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance and Audit Analyst to play a vital role in maintaining our adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This position will focus on conducting compliance audits, assessing risks, and supporting key privacy and security initiatives. The Analyst will collaborate closely with the Data Protection Officer (DPO), virtual CISO (vCISO), and other stakeholders to ensure compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001/27701 are effectively implemented and maintained, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Audits:Plan, execute, and document internal audits to assess adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOX) and internal policies.Assist in preparing for and coordinating external audits, including ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2 certifications.Document audit findings, develop corrective action plans, and track remediation efforts to ensure closure of non-compliance issues.Policy and Framework Implementation:Develop, maintain, and update compliance-related policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices and evolving regulatory landscapes.Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001/27701 and NIST.Collaboration with DPO and vCISO:Assist the DPO in managing data protection and privacy obligations, including responding to data subject rights requests and conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).Collaborate with the vCISO to ensure alignment of compliance initiatives with overall security strategies and objectives.Risk Management:Identify, assess, document, and mitigate compliance and privacy risks.Maintain a risk register, track remediation efforts, and report on risk status to relevant stakeholders.We can see the next Entrepreneur At Seclore if you: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related field.Knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001/27701, SOX).Experience conducting audits and documenting findings.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred certifications, e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.Why do we call Seclorites Entrepreneurs not Employees?
