We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate II (Grade H), to join our Business Segment or Corporate Organization.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Conduct assigned operational and data analysis activities related to client onboarding for Contract Management (CM) and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.

- Perform contract facilitation, document management, contract lifecycle management while onboarding, maintaining, and off-boarding/terminating contracts.

- Prepare for Enablement and Implementation tasks, such as mapping accounts into external and internal platforms like Bloomberg, 360T, Barracuda, FX All, Apollo, iFX Manager, iConfirm, EPX, DFX, iDeal Forex, FX Daily Mark, NAX, FXPP post CDD & KYC checks, Regulatory checks and SSI upload.

- Perform tasks on systems like JIRA Confluence, NAX, GCG Docs Manager. EVISORT, NEXEN, SharePoint, etc.

- Ensure activities meet all compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements.

- Liaise with partner teams like Sales, RM, Clients, TMG, Regulatory, Docs Manager, Liquidity Margin Services & Segregation team for any gaps and updates.

- Assist with account closure off-boarding process by deactivating account mapping in both internal and external platforms.

- Initiate timely escalations and regular follow-ups using the escalation matrix to ensure progress on cases and open items.

- Participate in audits, training, and other business calls. Impart training to new joiners and share process updates with the team in a timely manner.

- Work on UAT Testing, Fault Resolution, Remediation items, Projects, Bulk requests, Breaks management.

- Create audit reports, MIS and reporting tool and present it to higher management and business on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

- Maintain pipeline tracker with full accuracy.

- Drive business calls with clients, stakeholders, and wider teams.

- Participate in idea generation programs and propose process improvement plans.

Qualifications:

- M.Com/MBA or PG Dip in Finance/Management with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Custodian or Investment Bank.

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in CLM and Contract Management.

- Good understanding of contracts/agreements like CACA, ACA, MMF Services Agreement, ISDA, CSA, Custody Agreement, A&D letter, Client Categorization Letter, Spot Rep Letter, FCDTA, GMRA, ‘MRA, CDEA, SDL, etc. (Desired)

- Awareness of Financial Regulations like CASS, Dodd Frank, EMIR, MIFID, ESMA Guidelines, FED Regulations, etc. (Desired)

- Knowledge of client onboarding process, trade lifecycle and products like FX Spot, Forwards, Derivatives, FX Swaps, FX Options, FX Overlay, Custody FX.

- Experience in client-facing role and/or stakeholder management roles.

- Static mapping experience on external platforms like GTSS, Bloomberg, 360T, Barracuda, CLS, TradeNexus, Integral FX ALL, etc. (Desired)

- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi, VISIO and other MS Office Tools.

- Proficiency in Macros, VBA, SQL will be an added advantage. (Desired)

- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and able to conduct business calls.

- Awareness of US, EMEA Financial Regulations especially CASS, MIFID, Dodd Frank, QFC, SBS, CFTC (Desired)

- Experience in managing projects, delivering process training, creating MIS and reports, participating in UAT testing. (Desired)

- Ready to work in APAC and EMEA shift and work from office at least 3 days per week.

- Quick learner and able to transfer knowledge, updates, and conduct process training.

- Be a team player, ability to work under pressure and carry a positive attitude.
