The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Tally ERP.Key Responsibilities: Accounts Finalization:Ensure timely and accurate finalization of accounts.Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.GSTR Reporting:Manage and prepare GSTR 3B/1/2A reports.Ensure compliance with GST regulations and timely filing of returns.General Accounting:Handle daily accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and comply with internal policies.Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial information.Software Proficiency:Utilize Tally ERP for all accounting activities.Generate reports and maintain accurate financial data in the accounting software. RequirementsQualifications:Education: B.Com degree.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on GSTR reporting and accounts finalization.Skills:Proficiency in Tally ERP.Strong knowledge of GSTR 3B/1/2A reports and accounts finalization.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Additional Information:Leave Policy: 12 Paid Leaves + Festive Leaves.Bonus Policy: Not applicable.Age Preference: 18-30 years.Gender Preference: Female.
