Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior AccountantLocation: Surat, Gujarat (Diamond Industrial Park, GIDC, Sachin, Surat)Employment Type: Full-timeWorking Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PMSalary Range: INR35,000 - INR45,000 per monthKey Responsibilities:1. Accounting:Finalize accounts and perform ledger scrutiny.Analyze debtors and creditors as well as direct and indirect expenses.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.2. MIS Reporting:Prepare various MIS reports, including Production, Stock Valuation, Cash Flow, Financial, Sales, and Trading MIS.Generate and analyze reports to support management decisions.3. Audit:Conduct regular checks on sales and purchase vouchers.Scrutinize cashbook and ledger entries.Reconcile internal data between ERP systems and conduct monthly TDS/TCS checks.4. Finance Management:Handle loan-related work and stay updated on loan subsidy opportunities.5. Technical Skills:Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot tables, etc.).Knowledge of ERP software (custom-developed).Ability to use data analysis tools like Power BI.RequirementsExperience: 5-10 years in Accounting, preferably in the Textile Manufacturing IndustryAge Requirement: 30-40 yearsEducation Requirements: M.Com, CA-Inter or B.Com with relevant experienceAdditional Requirements:Strong leadership and teamwork skills.candidates Preferred due to specific role requirements.
