Join a team where creativity meets professionalism, and grow your career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Roles and Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Financial Records:Maintain accurate financial records, including day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledgers.Accounts Payable & Receivable:Handle vendor payments, customer invoices, and reconciliations.Bank Reconciliations:Regularly reconcile bank statements with company records.GST & TDS Compliance:Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.Financial Reporting:Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements as required.Inventory Accounting:Track and maintain accurate inventory records for the business.Payroll Assistance:Support payroll calculations and ensure timely salary disbursement.Audit Support:Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.Coordination:Collaborate with senior accountants, managers, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Desired Skills and Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.Experience:1-2 years of experience in accounting is preferred but freshers with strong academic backgrounds may apply.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.Soft Skills:Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.Regulatory Knowledge:Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax compliances is essential.Working Hours:Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
