Job Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze client requirements related to SAP Finance & Accounting, Production Planning, etc.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, subject matter experts, and technical teams, to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions.

- Conduct detailed analysis of current production planning processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions.

- Configure, customize, and test SAP FI modules to meet client requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

- Perform end-to-end system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the implemented SAP FI, PP solution.

- Provide guidance and support to business users during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and training.

- Assist in data migration activities, ensuring the accurate transfer of relevant data from legacy systems to SAP FI.

- Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and ensure seamless integration between SAP FI, PP, and other systems.

- Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, user manuals, and training materials.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in SAP PP and production planning domains, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP Financial and Accounting, SAP Production Planning modules (PP).

- Good understanding of SAP Financial and Accounting modules—SAP PP2, SAP P02, SAP PER, and SAP APE.

- Strong understanding of SAP PP functionalities, including demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor control.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.

- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and customization, including master data management, variant configuration, and routing.

- Experience with SAP integration technologies and interfaces (e.g., IDocs, RFC, BAPI) is a plus.

- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
