HashiCorp has established its Finance Centre of Excellence in Noida to support its USA Headquarters and over 15 other countries. We independently manage multiple financial processes including International Accounting, US Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Revenue Accounting, SOX and Internal Controls, International Payroll, Taxation, Travel Administration, FP&A, Reporting, etc.

About The Industrial Training Programme:

HashiCorp India boasts a robust team of Chartered Accountants who lead our finance process in India. To support and sustain HashiCorp's growth, we are inviting applications for the second batch of CA Industrial Trainees. This is a 1-year training program where trainees will work under the supervision and guidance of experienced professionals, gaining practical exposure to various aspects of accounting, auditing, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Support various functions of finance including Revenue, SOX, International Accounting, US Accounting, International Tax, Treasury, and International Payroll.

- Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations.

- Create and upload manual journal entries related to payroll, accruals, prepaid, reclass, taxation, and other ad hoc entries.

- Evaluate financial transactions and ensure appropriate account coding.

- Contribute to successful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.

- Prepare and provide input data for monthly/quarterly/yearly direct or indirect tax filings.

- Prepare input data for payroll processing and various types of payroll reconciliations.

- Perform account reconciliations and analyses.

- Assist with the maintenance of internal controls and processes.

- Manage documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and training videos, making improvements periodically.

- Prepare accounting manuals based on guidance received from managers.

Requirements:

- Passed both groups of IPCC/Inter.

- Enrolled in articleship under the new ICAI scheme (launched in July 2023) and must complete their first year of articleship before July 2024.

- Completed mandatory IT and GMCS training.

- At least one year of articleship/audit trainee experience with a reputed firm.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and business operations.

- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

- Good problem-solving skills.

- Hard-working with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

- Candidates should be based in or ready to relocate to Noida.

Stipend:

INR 30,000 per month (all-inclusive).
