Role Overview:
Over the last 2 years, OLIVER+ Finance has been sharing qualitative financial information with the country GMs and account leads. With the increase in business volumes at OLIVER+, there has been a parallel increase in various management analysis reports to provide further insights into the business. This requires a significant step up in our finance and operations infrastructure.
As part of this transformation, we are looking for a strong Financial Analyst who can partner closely with other members in the finance team and provide both comprehensive strategic and day-to-day hands-on support across multiple ad hoc data requests. This role will focus on tracking regional labor costs, timesheet analysis, and staff cost allocations to individual client P&Ls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and track the accounting of regional labor costs, ensuring accurate client allocations
- Analyze timesheet data, review, and track unallocated time costs
- Prepare monthly regional management accounts
- Ensure timely delivery and analysis of Client P&Ls
- Support the improvement of client profitability
- Enhance accuracy in quarterly forecasting of the client account margin
- Support miscellaneous ad hoc requests
- Identify and drive forward process improvements, monitoring the control environment
- Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams and internal departments
- Partner with the client's other vendors and suppliers
- Communicate data, abstract concepts, points of view, and escalations to senior management effectively
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of finance experience
- Confidence in working with senior leadership teams and finance departments
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships
- Ability to navigate conflict with internal stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- High standard of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
- Degree in Finance

- Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact
