Core Responsibilities Project Leadership (50%)• Drive end-to-end implementation of AI-powered analytics solutions• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects ($500K-2M range)• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery• Lead agile ceremonies and sprint planningClient Partnership (30%)• Build and maintain executive relationships• Drive solution adoption and value realization• Lead client workshops and training sessions• Manage scope and change requestsInnovation & Strategy (20%)• Contribute to product roadmap• Identify reusable solution components• Drive best practice development• Mentor team membersRequired QualificationsExperience• 5+ years of project management experience• 3+ years of client-facing role• Experience with enterprise software implementationsTechnical Skills• Familiarity of implementing modern BI/Analytics platforms (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.)• Project management tools (JIRA, MS Project)• Basic SQL and data concepts• Understanding of APIs and integrationsProfessional Skills• Strong stakeholder management• Executive presentation abilities• Problem-solving mindset• Agile methodology expertisePreferred Qualifications• Life sciences/pharmaceutical industry experience• Experience with any of:Commercial Analytics (Sales, Marketing)• Market Access Data• Claims/RWE Analysis• Clinical Trial Data• PMP or similar certification• Healthcare analytics platform experience
